Chip Buehler, President and Co-founder Chip has extensive sales and management experience in the landscaping industry. Prior to forming Integrity Landscaping Solutions, he served as Business Developer in the Southeastern United States for one of the largest landscaping companies in the United States. Chip is an expert in the landscaping industry and knows the desired level of service and detail sought by customers. He has solid references with many of the commercial real estate firms and commercial properties in the Richmond area.

Geoff Lawrence, Vice President and Co-founder Geoff has over 10 years of experience in all aspects of the landscaping industry, including landscape design, installation and maintenance. Prior to forming ILS, he served in managerial roles with two of the largest landscaping companies in the country. He is very creative and knowledgeable of all aspects of design and installation of plants and masonry, gained while executing projects for some of the most discerning customers in the country. Geoff is skilled in installation of plants and trees, and stone, brick and pre-cast concrete for walls, walkways and patios. Management and Personnel We employ over 20 people during our peak seasons to provide the wide range of services we offer our clients, and we have five working ‘crew leaders’ who supervise and manage our staff in the field.  Our crew leaders all speak English so they are able to communicate with our customers while on properties.  All of our managers have been trained in proper horticultural practices and most have over five years of industry experience.  Our crew members are experienced grounds keepers, masons, and nursery men and we cross train them in various aspects of landscaping, so they are able to perform many landscaping tasks well.  We review employee performance regularly and only employ individuals that perform functions well and take pride in their work.
