Our Team
Chip Buehler, President and Co-founder
Chip has extensive sales and management experience in the landscaping industry. Prior to forming Integrity Landscaping Solutions, he served as Business Developer in the Southeastern United States for one of the largest landscaping companies in the United States.

Chip is an expert in the landscaping industry and knows the desired level of service and detail sought by commercial customers. He has solid references with many of the commercial real estate firms and commercial properties in the Richmond area.
Geoff Lawrence, Vice President of Enhancement and Co-founder
Geoff has over 9 years of experience in all aspects of the landscaping industry, including landscape design, installation and maintenance. He is very creative and knowledgeable of all aspects of design and installation of plants and masonry, gained while executing projects for some of the most discerning customers in the country.

Geoff is skilled in installation of plants and trees, and stone, brick and pre-cast concrete for walls, walkways and patios.
Mike Morgan, Landscape Maintenance
Mike manages all aspects of landscape maintenance for our company and has over 15 years experience in plant installation, turf care, and commercial and residential landscape maintenance. Mike is driven to provide quality work and has an eye for detail which enables him to create the appearance our discerning customers expect of their property.
